At Krushers™ we use the best in manufacturing technologies to ensure your work footwear is built to last. If you do however have a manufacturing issue with your footwear and it has been correctly fitted and maintained the following warranty and guarantee will ensure your footwear is replaced or refunded.

Six Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

The product is warranted from material and construction defects if sold in manufacturer’s condition for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
The warranty will be void if in the opinion of the Authorised Reseller or Manufacturer that the product has been incorrectly fitted, abused or subjected to excessive wear and tear including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime or water if the product is not designed or suitable for that purpose (fit for purpose). Abuse indicates cuts, burns and excessive forces (such as kicking) being used in contact with the footwear.
As a condition of this warranty you must present the footwear, your proof of purchase or issue and the product warranty tag for the warranty to be honoured.

Twelve Month Sole Guarantee

The Thermo Plastic Urethane (TPU) outsole of Krushers footwear is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase against cracking or being worn completely smooth and unsafe to wear I used under normal conditions.
